The Method The Knowledge Gardeners are working by the principle of CO-working with the customer in order to integrate the existing processes of the organisation in target conscious and creative operations. We are working this way because our many years of experience tells us that this is the best way to achieve the necessary ownership to the processes and therefore gives the best results. Our task is to guide and support the processes themselves and make sure results are achieved. We will participate actively in the phases of the process that are necessary to secure the deliveries We want to improve the operations of our customers, and add our experiences where they are needed the most.
