The Room



"In every organisation or community there is a room in which almost no one dares to tread; it is the space between what is said and the unsaid, between visions and the experienced reality of the individuals.

The Knowledge Gardeners are working by the principle of CO-working with the customer in order to integrate the existing processes of the organisation in target conscious and creative operations.

We are working this way because our many years of experience tells us that this is the best way to achieve the necessary ownership to the processes and therefore gives the best results.

Our task is to guide and support the processes themselves and make sure results are achieved. We will participate actively in the phases of the process that are necessary to secure the deliveries
