Working knowledge

The Knowledge Gardeners is operating in accordance with a "Knowledge Management" philosophy.

In our perspective knowledge is more than information stored in the company depositories, but a strategic resource that is created through interacting and sharing within the company itself and with customs and the society that surrounds it.

Knowledge can only proved as a strategic advantage when it enables the company to seize opportunities that are vital to its future performance.

We want to improve the operations of our customers, and add our experiences where they are needed the most.
